  1. Mabamba Wetland (2 hours): Start your adventure at this Ramsar site, accessible by canoe. Spot over 260 bird species, including the iconic Shoebill and Blue Swallow, amidst stunning natural beauty.
  2. There after return to the mainland and visit Uganda Wildlife Education Center: Visit this facility dedicated to wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, home to 400+ animals and 250+ bird species. Experience close encounters with zebras, giraffes, and more.
  3. Afterwards to proceed to Kigungu Historical Site: Discover the birthplace of Catholicism in Uganda. Explore the local church and interact with the fishing community, enriching your understanding of their way of life.
  4. Conclude your day at the conservation area of National Botanical Gardens (1 hour), established in 1898. Enjoy the scenic views, diverse tree species, and the chance to see local monkeys.
